Arvidson, Huerta and McClellan v. I-Flow, DJO, LLC and Pacific Medical, No. 08-478, D. Ore (7 week multi-million dollar products liability suit filed in federal court and tried to a jury. Jennifer was part of the Baker, Sterchi, Cowden & Rice defense litigation team and the team obtained a full defense verdict for the DJO, LLC, plaintiff took nothing)

Mark Cohen and Jeff Carruth v. Jeffrey Tre Krueger and Michael Torres, No. D-1-GN-13-002248 (opposing counsel inter-pleaded company's legal file into the court instead of turning it over to the client. Case was removed to the Western District then transferred to the Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District where we ultimately won the file. Worked in conjunction with nationally recognized law firm.)
